To ensure a seamless stay, our transport package offers complete round-trip transfers from official arrival hubs (Düsseldorf Airport, Eindhoven Airport, or Aachen Hbf) directly to your partner hotel, plus unlimited daily shuttles between partner hotels and sports halls during tournament days.

  • Arrival & Departure Transfers: Round-trip transfers between official arrival hubs (Düsseldorf Airport, Eindhoven Airport, Aachen Hbf) and designated partner hotels.
  • Daily Shuttle Service: Unlimited scheduled shuttle transport operating between partner hotels and sports halls throughout all tournament days.

📋 Terms & Conditions

  • Limited Availability: Transport capacity is limited and accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Early booking is advised.
  • Itinerary Submission: Final flight/train numbers and arrival times must be submitted through the portal prior to the deadline to guarantee pick-up.
  • Non-Official Locations: Transfers to alternative locations require prior written approval.

Please Note: Hotel rates represent dynamic room rates published by the individual hotels as recorded on 31 July 2026 for a stay from 27 December to 30 December 2026 and remain subject to change. Bookings must be made directly with the hotel of your choice. Final prices, deposit requirements, and cancellation policies of the individual hotels apply. Rates are per room for the entire period (27–30 December 2026) and exclude breakfast and local tourist tax (unless stated otherwise).
