👥 Group Entries & Individual Invoicing

  • Centralized Group Entry: Coaches can register their entire squad in a single process.
  • Forward Invoices via Bank Transfer: If individual players pay their own entry fees, coaches can select the Bank Transfer / Overboeken option in the financial section to forward specific invoices directly to individual players or parents.
  • Flexible Billing Options: Choose between one single payment for the entire delegation or split payments per individual player.
📌 Important Note for BEC U17 Entries: Official player registrations for the U17 circuit must be submitted by national BWF Member Associations through the official BWF Online Entry System. Invoices for U17 entry fees are issued directly to the respective national associations. However, all extra services (transport packages and practice courts) for U17 delegations must still be booked via our BPYT Portal.
